Brief Description of Our Services:

The adjuster visits your property to perform an inspection of the damages, partially reviews your insurance policy and provides you with an opinion of your claim and recommends whether you can file an insurance claim. If so, both parties enter into an agreement, the claim adjuster will then file the claim on your behalf, explains the claims process to you (the policyholder), keeping you updated throughout the claim, assisting you to comply with the post loss conditions of the policy and other policy provisions until the settlement is reached.
This is when the claim has already been filed and we are retained to continue assisting the policyholder until settlement is reached. The Public adjuster will request all of the documentation presented to the claim filing as well as all pertinent documents related to the claim in which has not been presented to the insurance company. Upon review of these documents and both parties enter into an agreement; the Public adjuster will then guide the policyholder with the continuance of the existing claim until settlement is reached. The information available to the insured and insurer may change upon discovery of new and/or previously undiscovered damages and/or new information.
This is when the policyholder feels they were paid insufficient money for their insurance claim to repair their property. The Public adjuster will request all of the documentation presented to the claim filing as well as all pertinent documents related to the claim in which has not been presented to the insurance company, inspects the property, deciphers and evaluates where the deficiency lies. Upon review of these documents and the Public Adjuster agrees with the insufficient claim payment he/she recommends whether you can file a supplement insurance claim. If so, both parties enter into an agreement; The Public Adjuster makes the information available to the insured and the insurer of the discovery of new and/or previously undiscovered damages and/or new information and then files a supplement on behalf of the insured.

We protect your interest and we work to obtain an equitable settlement for your loss. We become partners until we settle your claim.

A Public Adjuster may assist you in re-opening a closed claim for the purpose of insufficient payment after he/she had the opportunity to review all previous documentation from the original insurance claim filed. If the opinion of the Public adjuster warrants the claim to be re-opened, both parties enter into an agreement; the Public Adjuster will explain the discovery of new and/or previously undiscovered damages and/or new information and proceed with re-opening the claim to file for omissions and/or insufficient payment (File a supplement claim (additional money).
A Public Adjuster may assist you in re-opening a closed claim if they feel it was wrongfully denied. Wrongfully denied claims can be for reasons such as; misrepresentation on the underwriting form, existing damage, long term leakage and seepage when it was not, partial denial, not covered, partially not covered, did not follow “Duties after the loss” and other provisions in the policy that were not followed, insufficient limits, and any other reason the insurance company may have at the time of the loss. The policyholder must have the denial letter from the insurance company. The Public Adjuster must know the reason for the denial; they will review the denial letter and the entire claim to determine if the insurance claim was wrongfully denied. If so, the Public Adjuster will explain the procedure to proceed with the re-opening of the claim.
We are certified as insurance Appraisers. We can act as your insurance Appraiser when the Appraisal clause is invoked. Typically, when the Appraisal clause must be invoked if you have received payment from your insurance company but it is not enough to complete the necessary repairs in your home. When the Appraisal clause is invoked by either the homeowner or the insurance company, both parties must hire an insurance Appraiser on their behalf (third Party to act on their behalf) .  Both Appraisers will try to obtain an agreement of the damages and claim amount. If they can not come to an agreed amount of the claim, they have to seek the assistance of an Umpire. If they do agree to an amount of the loss, it is binding and the claim is finalized.
We are certified as insurance Umpires. An Umpire is sought when both Appraisers cannot agree on the amount of the loss (damages). The Umpire reviews both Appraisers reports and reaches an opinion which is binding.
