Oscar Mormeneo, a licensed Public Insurance Adjuster is a Consumer / Citizens Insurance Advocate in Florida; he has worked on all three (3) different capacities of Adjusters. A Staff/Employee licensed as Insurance Adjuster since 1979 until 1990 with a major insurer. In 1989 he obtained his 220 All Lines Agent’s Insurance license. In 1990 he practiced selling Insurance of all lines. He obtained his series 7 license to sell securities with a major insurer. Immediately after Hurricane Andrew, Oscar became an Independent Insurance Adjuster working for many insurance companies as a Catastrophe adjuster for hurricane Andrew claims as well as the daily claims known as other perils, such as: fire, water losses, and more…..

In 2004, Oscar sold his independent business and started working for Insurance Company as a Staff Property Adjuster, adjusting regular daily claims and catastrophe claims. In May of 2005, Oscar converted his license from a Staff Adjuster to become a Public (Private) Insurance Adjuster and founded HomeOwner Claims Public Adjusters, right before Hurricane Katrina and Wilma in 2005. He helped many property and business owners deal with the frustration of getting through their Insurance claims. To date, as a public adjuster, he continues to help property and business owners with their insurance claims making every step of the way Stress Free.

Oscar is licensed as an Unaffiliated Insurance Agent. He acts as an independent consultant in the business of analyzing or abstracting insurance policies, providing insurance advice or counseling, or making specific recommendations or comparisons of insurance products.

Oscar is Certified by the IICRC Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification in Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Fire & Smoke Restoration. He is also a Certified Residential Thermographer.

Our company personnel have over 30 years of experience on all three (3) different capacities of the adjusting business; as a Professional Staff/Employee Insurance Company Adjuster, as an Independent Adjuster, and as a Public Insurance Adjuster.
